Equal Housing Opportunity
Fair Housing & Accessibility
Benbrook Apartments is an Equal Housing Opportunity community. Everyone who contacts us gets the same information, prices, specials and service.
Our commitment
We follow the federal Fair Housing Act, the Texas Fair Housing Act and all other applicable fair housing laws. We do not discriminate against anyone because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability, in advertising, showing, renting, or providing services or facilities.
Reasonable accommodations and modifications
If you or someone in your household has a disability, you may ask for a reasonable accommodation (a change to our rules, policies, practices or services) or a reasonable modification (a physical change to your apartment or common areas) when it is needed for equal use and enjoyment of your home. You can ask at any time, in person, by phone or in writing. Contact the leasing office at 817-527-8982 or info@benbrookapartments.com.
Assistance animals
Assistance animals, including service animals and support animals for people with disabilities, are not pets. They are not subject to our pet policy, pet limits or pet fees. Contact the leasing office to request an accommodation for an assistance animal.
Rental criteria
We apply the same written tenant selection criteria to every applicant. You can ask the leasing office for a copy of our criteria at any time, including before you apply.
Website accessibility
We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or other assistive technology, and we work to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If any part of this site is hard to use, call 817-527-8982 or email info@benbrookapartments.com and we will give you the information another way and work to fix the problem.
