Questions before your tour
Do you allow pets?
Dogs only, up to 2 per apartment. $350 pet fee. Assistance animals for people with disabilities are not pets and are not subject to our pet policy or fees. Learn more.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits start at $395; the amount for each open apartment is listed with it. Current rents and move-in dates for every open apartment are on our Floor Plans page.
What appliances are included?
Every apartment has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and range. Renovated apartments add stainless steel appliances.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Every apartment has stackable washer and dryer connections, so you can bring your own set.
When can I tour?
Tours are available 7 days a week during office hours: Mon–Fri 9am–7pm · Sat–Sun 9am–5pm. Request a time or call 817-527-8982.

How far is it to Fort Worth?
We’re about 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and TCU, and about 10 minutes from Lockheed Martin, NAS Fort Worth JRB and The Shops at Clearfork, with quick access to I‑20, Loop 820 and US 377. Times are approximate, in light traffic.
Is there parking?
Yes. The community has off-street parking, including accessible spaces.
